@Jeff Morelock Thanks! Tampa is actually one of the areas that has been on my radar to look into. I've seen Tampa, St. Petersburg, etc pop up in some of my research.

Hello All,

This is my 1st forum post, however I've been listening to many podcasts and soaking up as much info from this site overall. I'm from NYC but interested in rental properties in FL. With Florida being so large, it can be overwhelming just pinpointing the best locations of where to begin, which of course turns into endless research and never actually taking the jump! I'm curious to know from those of you who do business in FL, which neighborhoods you'd recommend looking into for rental property buy and holds. Thanks in advance!
