I would mention a dropcam however that would require internet access as well.  It's an awesome solution though.

Good evening all. I'm in the process of scouting my next deal and in order to do my due diligence, I'd like to get bids from at least 3 General Contractors. I have 2 in mind that I will get bids from however I need a third. Can anyone on here in the philly are put me in touch with a good GC that can get the job done on time and as estimated?

There are a lot of developers and flippers in my area that put their personal touch on a project i.e. green front door, tiled accent wall, etc

Looks like you expanded the sq footage by taking away the garage.  Is that so?

 Hey Paul, I had it in place for almost 3 years now and it has yet to discolor or lose its rigidity.  I went through a contractor who purchased the boards on his own some I'm honestly not sure where it's from.

I have good experience with trex decking albeit only for porch flooring at a duplex of mine.  No treatment or anything.  Works and looks great!!
