I can send you references for contractors in the Cleveland area. It's competitive though and you will probably need to fight for the GC's time. Once you get more projects going and become more of an asset to them then they will prioritize you.

 Flipping to whom investors for rentals or homeowners? Either way I have them. When you get a property feel free to reach out. BTW why Akron ? Cleveland is a much better market
