I am 26 years old and I just purchased our first home.  I work hard in the automotive industry but with the starting of my family I have come to the realization that I am going to have to work harder and smarter to give them what they need and deserve.  I believe that real estate investing is a great way to get there. But there is a ton to learn! I have browsed the site and I am reading the book. Thank you all in advance for the wonderful help and advice.  Ohh and it's (O-CON-O-MO-WALK).  Just say it fast and you will sound like a local.
