Thank you both. You're right it was a very generic post (I'm also new to Houston so I tend to forget to specify what part of town). I actually on the North side near Spring and most interested in learning how to wholesale right now. I can offer about 10 hours of my time per week to help with anything. I have found some networking groups on Meetup, I'll be visiting them as well! Thanks again guys!

Anyone experienced in the Houston TX area looking for a mentee? I'm just starting out. I can pay by doing boring administrative tasks you may not want to do or something like that.

Hello all, I am a brand new wholesaler. I already have a couple of buyers through networking but what advice would you give as far as finding deals? Particularly in a competitive market. Any advice is appreciated.
