Hmmm, the wheels are turning. I guess there are two sides to the coin. As you didn't appreciate the calls, someone who is motivated to sell their property may appreciate it.

Do you think the title company openly provides info like this? @Robert Szewczyk

I heard a little about trying to get information via the title company. Would you happen to know anything about this method of pursuit? @Ned Carey

Hi all!

@Kyle Jorgensen and I have partnered together to go driving for dollars and we are having success with finding properties. We've sent out our first batch of yellow letters just a few weeks ago. Now thinking about it, I think cold calling them would be so much more efficient but we are having a hard time finding phone numbers. Can I only find phone numbers though the tax assessors site? Or is there a different way? Thanks for your awesome assist with this inquiry! Wishing you all a stellar day!

Yessss!!!! CONGRATULATIONS!!! By sharing your successes, we get to revel too! Thank you for being so awesome!

@Troy Sheets YESSSSSS!!!! CONGRATULATIONS! This is an awesome story! It gives us newbies hope for success in the future! Thank you for sharing! Can't wait to hear more from you and about your subsequent successes. On the up!

@Edward Stephens Oh, right! The 401k would have to be independent and not connected to your work. Blah. Yes, I see how they get you...

Is there a way that you can convert your 401K into a roth IRA so that you can use it to invest?

That's exactly what I was thinking, but would it still be seller financing if there is a mortgage? @Kevin Siedlecki So, she would have to make payments to the mortgage... But how does that help the seller financially? Would they be able to get a different loan for the new house that is purchased?

@Darrell Lee That's exactly what happened! This realtor is new and she has fresh eyes and she is building her reputation too. It's perfect, because we can share our new ideas together. I am going to continue connecting with her and making sure that I have something to offer her continuously in order to maintain the solid connection. I'm not ready to buy just yet, as I am learning my way around the LO strategy. But I know that she has some connections with mortgage brokers and other lenders whom would be great resources to find leads for buyers looking to LO. I'm excited about this union! Thank you for your support

@Mark GallagherI will call around and check. I checked the link that Mark sent over, but for some reason, the property that I checked did not have an owner listed. I'll keep checking, maybe it's just those few that I checked?

Unless you have another resource. @Tony Hardy

@Bryan O.

 Oh geez! Those creditors do that! And if we don't ask, then we suffer. Funny how that works.

Yes, she said that he credit is repairable. The landlord wants enough to pay for the rest of the mortgage owed. The landlord does not want a lump sum, but she is going to find out for certain. That's a good idea about the FICO score. Thanks for the tip!
