I need some advise on the best option for financing my ADU build, I just bought my home in January 2020, so HELOC and similar loans I will not get approved for because equity in my home is not yet large enough, I need some concrete options that I could explore to get funding. Any advice on the best option for a loan to finance my build.

Furthermore do these specialists provide rendering, get permits for utilities connection and new address 

After reading this thread I would like to know if connection to utilities, sewage and getting you new address for the ADU should be included in the Architect services. If not where would be a one stop shop for all this services except construction I already have a contractor to perform the work but I need a person to do the rendering and pull the permits from the City for me.I would like you guys input

I have similar questions to yours I currently own duplex in city of Los Angeles and want to convert the detached garage into ADU. I would like to get info from a qualified professional

I want to convert my garage to an ADU but I need professional advice on how to start the process as well as how to get permits to connect to the city utilities and sewage system and I would like to get my our address number added eg. 123 1/2 Main Street.

I’m located a 2 blocks from the new Rams stadium currently under construction. 

Also there is a garage in the back I’m thinking about converting those into 2 units would like additional advice.
