I recently got the owner of a house to sign a lease option.. what im doing is selling the house and doing a simultaneous closing...

my question is.. whats the quickest and best way to sell a house

i only have the option for 50 days and i need to sell it quick

any tips??

Ok so i just got my first lease option deal with this couple..their trying to sell their house for 710,000 and has been on the market for about 2 months they said.

They do not want to lower the price

What i am trying to do is trying to find a buyer before my option ends and pretty much do a simultaneous closing. buy the option and sell the house. I told the owners that anything i sell for over 710K we split the profit.

This is the part i need help with.

How do i market the house..whats the best way to sell it and will get the most looks on the house

Also when i find a buyer..how do i do the agreement. What forms do i need..do i need a lawyer...Do they pay in check???

Im trying to do a lease option with this guy to option his house to me then sell right away.

When you do a lease option and you sell the house to a group of buyers..what do you have the buyers sign to sell the house. Also what do you get the original seller to sign?

ok so since i have the option to buy the house...say i dont find a seller..do i have to exercise that option or no?

Also say i sell the house..i get the check then exercise the option and pay the original seller?

Say i have the option to buy a house. so i market that house and find a buyer for it. Once i've met with the buyer and we negotiated on a price. What do i do

Do i get the original seller to sign something
what do the buyers sign
who gets the check me or the original seller????

I am looking to get into Lease options or wholesaling
and i was wondering if anyone could give me a step by step on what to do

for example what do you say to the owner to get him to sign..what do you get him to sign..when you find a buyer what do you get him to sign..how do you get paid..etc...

Hey everyone, im new to these forums but i have been doing research on real estate investing for a while now.

I have a friend that what he does is he pretty much acts as a real estate investor but he does not have a license, he gets the house leased to him and options. So he can sell the house as his pretty much. He then makes profit from that. I know he made 18,000 off one house and he said it took about 3 weeks to do

What type of investing is this and how do you do it?
