I had the same issue with IC.  They could not spend the 3 minutes to pick up the phone and call me.  I realize this is not 1985 but I'm sorry, if I can't talk to someone without having to send a chat or email message, then you are not doing business with me.  What would your sellers say if you told them to go to chat...just an FYI.  When I called Lead Propeller, they picked up on the second ring and answered every one of my questions...took about 10 min.
