I don't like to use the HD or Lowes card because I don't get any bang for my buck... I guess the interest free part might be handy... I usually tend to pay off at the end of the month anyways, sometimes I'll let a flip sit until it's sold and than pay it off ... Just depends... I use my Chase card because I like all the Points I get... I usually take my Chase card and buy HD cards at staples so I get 5X for every dollar I spend and than just use those until I'm low and go back and buy more gift cards ... It's harder to track sometimes because at least with the cc you can always look at your statment if you loose a receipet ... but the extra miles are worth the hassle to me!!!

A tenant of ours wants to stay at the property after his lease ends this month, I'm planning on putting the house on the market and didn't know if there were any pros and cons to this ?

I would think having a car would make things easier, but I think there are things you can do without one. A. Business Plan or Goal Sheet... What do you see in 2 Years, 5 Years.... So On, I think a big mistake most people make when they start is just $$$ signs, what about real estate draws your and what are your plans with it. I think you could start learning your market, whats our there how long things are taking to sell, the finish's people are expecting at the price points (when you get into flipping you will know what people expect) Network and meet people online that are close.... Are you close to public transportation? You could attend real estate meetings...... I do think it will be harder but I don't think it's impossible!
