Post: How to get licensed?

How and where do I go to get this license for MLS access? I hear there is a cost involved. How much does it normally cost to get licensed for this? I am assuming there is a test involved to get this license. Right? I just need something that will provide me with accurate or close to accurate values of these homes in my area. I am only seeking out this MLS because so many others talk about how great this tool is compared to those websites like Zillow and the rest. If I wanted to just signup for MLS access and pay the cost for that, where would I search for that? Thanks for your help.

I had a few sellers contact me needing to sell some properties, but I do have any buyers. The one chance I thought I had was using those We Buy Houses companies that would buy properties from investors. I contacted the people over at Zbuyer.com and they told me they only buy residential houses directly from the private sellers, not investors.

I have sellers in Texas, California, Akron, Ohio and more. I need buyers that buy properties from investors in all states. Where would I look to find buyers who buy all across the states?

I am new to this MLS thing everyone keeps talking about. I just need some info as how to use it and how an investor can get access to it.

What would I have to say to a realtor for them to get me access to the MLS? I never seen an MLS nor do I know how to use it to get accurate values on homes I want to get under contract. Will it cost me money to get access to this MLS?

Thanks for the help. Before now I always thought putting down earnest money was a requirement when dealing directly with the sellers. I am glad you said $500 or more for getting a deposit from the end buyer. I hope I am not being too greedy with this, but I would want maybe say $1,000 or $2,000 if I could pull that off. If that is too much, I can do with $500.

How much earnest money deposit money do I need to put down when I am flipping property from a private seller? And how much deposit do I need to get from the end buyer I assigned the property to?
