We are assembling a team of 4 or so highly motivated individuals to help us build out the Creative Acquisition arm of our company, White Feather, and we want to fill it with people from within this awesome community. We are focused first on Southwest Florida, with a door-knocking team. We have our acquisitions team built out and the infrastructure in place, so our next step is to assemble, train, and unleash a Tiger Team to find motivated sellers.
We will go over the details on a zoom call next week once we have our list of names but the high level details are each member would be trained to become an expert at finding, contacting, and vetting motivated sellers, and will get paid on each deal that closes. This is for people who have time, want to be on the ground floor of what will become the biggest arm of White Feather, and are willing to work hard. Serious individuals only please, we are moving forward quickly and don't want to waste anyone's time.
If you are interested just reply to this ad and I'll put you on the list for the call. As always priority will go to the ones who show up and take action. Have an awesome week!
Is anyone familiar with AmplifyMyBusiness? I opened several accounts with them and paid for annual packages in different markets for off market lead generation. Basically, after the turn of the new year, the business took a nosedive and our leadflow stopped entirely. The CRM stopped working. And every account manager we had was dismissed. It has been 4 months without service we paid for and 0 customer support. I have tried to get ahold of anyone in the business for months to no avail. I am afraid they took our money and might be going under. We paid about 22,500 for our annual packages. Does anyone have any advice on what we can do from here? Perhaps hire an attorney? Or cut our losses at this point...

Investment Info:
Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Fayetteville.
Purchase price: $95,000
This was my first real estate purchase and probably my best one! I used a VA loan, 0 down and rented out the third bedroom while I occupied. The rent covered my entire mortgage while I lived there, and now it cashflows over $600 a month! The cherry on top... have yet to pay a single penny of my own money into this mortgage, thus an infinite return on this investment.
