Amplify My Business Scam

Is anyone familiar with AmplifyMyBusiness? I opened several accounts with them and paid for annual packages in different markets for off market lead generation. Basically, after the turn of the new year, the business took a nosedive and our leadflow stopped entirely. The CRM stopped working. And every account manager we had was dismissed. It has been 4 months without service we paid for and 0 customer support. I have tried to get ahold of anyone in the business for months to no avail. I am afraid they took our money and might be going under. We paid about 22,500 for our annual packages. Does anyone have any advice on what we can do from here? Perhaps hire an attorney? Or cut our losses at this point...
