My name is Taylor and I’m young future real estate investor. I’m 18 years old and live in Longmont Colorado and am currently trying to learn as much as I can about real estate. I’ve read books, listened to podcast and watch educational YouTube videos to help educate myself. I plan to start house hacking not too long from now but am currently trying to talk to local investors and talk about there experiences with investing locally. I would like to chat with any investors in Colorado, have a nice day!

Currently I’m in collage and will be out in about 3 years. I plan on starting out with house hacking and just trying to educate my self with everything I can. I wanted to hear people who have experience with house hacking and just an overview of what they wish they knew before starting, any feedback would be appreciated!

@Joanna Rinella One day I’ll be there too, how long have you been into real estate?

I was wondering how some are having over a thousand rental properties and are able to manage them all, do they just end up hiring people to help them manage them all?

Thank you I appreciate this.

Consider a mobile home . They don’t build a lot of equity but they can be cash cows.

Start visiting local bank president and vice-presidents to see what their criteria is for you to do a flip.

Go for it, Taylor!!

I’m currently 18 years and am currently trying to get into real estate. I have enough money saved up for a down payment and getting Co signed on it won’t be a problem. I’m just wondering if this would be a good investment to start out on and am wondering what I should stay away from and what is a good deal. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Hello, I’m 18 years old and I live in Colorado. I’ve had a major interest into the idea of flipping houses, I have about $5,000 saved up and am unsure on where to start at. Is there anything I can really do at 18? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
