Hello, I’m 18 years old and I live in Colorado. I’ve had a major interest into the idea of flipping houses, I have about $5,000 saved up and am unsure on where to start at. Is there anything I can really do at 18? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

@Taylor Thompson It's probably best you do as much reading as you can on the subject of real estate investing. At the same time, you want to make sure your finances are in order. Know how much money is going in and out every month. From there, see if you there's any money left over to invest. Try to see if you can set aside a certain amount per month for investing.

Networking can help you get in touch with people in your area who are doing what you want to do. Try to talk to some people. Take notes. And then decide which path you want to take.

Hope that helps!
