So I’m looking at a property that is a 1911 build. What are some thing to keep in mind when you are focused on a property that’s a older build? And the due diligence that are musts and things to watch out for in the future once your lock into the deal!!

I’m interested in moving to Las Vegas and getting some real estate out there. Now I am very interested in investing a little but outside of Vegas. As well as acquiring a 2-4 unit property out there. But the market place doesn’t seem very favorable to the multi family space. Am I wrong for thinking that not just looking in the wrong areas? Thank you in advance for your help.

@Carlos Carbajal yes i appreciate that. I’m glad your hard work paid off. Right now I’m in the process of not a lot of return but a lot of work which I love. Because I know it will pay off eventually. Wholesaling has been a little difficult for me to be consistent at sense I had write all my letters. Would definitely love to chat more if you have the time.

Does anybody have a suggested bank they use in Washington State. That works well with HELOCS. looking for good terms and a investor friendly bank we could use to get a HELOC.
