So I know this question gets asked all the time but I have to ask it again. I’m looking to invest out of state. Well me and a partner are looking to invest out of state. Now how do you chose a market when you don’t have any networks in those required states? Also how much time typically do they give you to find a job if you were to move out there with the property you have obtained.

@Jordan Santiago don’t let nobody tell you anything different. If that’s your goal hustle. Don’t hold yourself back to other people’s standards. Or what they think can or can’t be done.

Quick question. So when you guys write to your sellers if any of you write to the sellers of off market deals. What is your template that you use in your letter. Especially when your trying to target tired landlords?
