I also have this question, where are you finding scared sellers in Tampa? Doesn't seem like they are there quite yet, many listings are still hoping for insane selling prices, some are even getting them. Would love to know more if you have access to 30%+ off deals right now.

Hey Steven, I've been looking into the same thing and will update if I hear anything else, but so far I know Amber Smith from the Chase Bank off Dale Mabry (the southernmost one) has said that they will cash out refinance up to 80% LTV, if you're okay with a higher interest rate than 70% or 75%. Let me know if you want to know more.

I just moved to the Tampa area with my wife and we are looking to BRRRR single family homes or small multifamilies properties in the Central Florida Region.

In addition, we are looking to househack a small multifamily property using my VA loan later this year.

Does anyone know any agents, contractors, handymen, or property managers they would want to refer?

Samantha, I am on terminal leave with the Coast Guard and just moved out to Tampa with a very similar investment goal to you.
