Would love to hear if smart locks are worth the buy on your rental properties? I am buying a multi family unit and I've been told by others that one of the biggest complaints from tenants is being locked out of house. Would love to hear if this has helped others? Or is it more of a pain to have to change out batteries on smart locks?

I use apartments.com (formerly cozy) and it's perfect for easy long term tenants. I can do all the checks on them ahead of time. The tenant automates their bank drafts through the website and it deposits automatically into my rental account each month. It's been very easy to use and free.

There is Remax, Keller Williams, Exit Reality, Coldwell Banker, Do you recommend going with a big name brokerage or using a smaller brokerage, who seem to have lower fees. But they also don't have the name either. What do you think?
Also... What are reasonable start up fees?

I am about to get my license, I just moved to Georgia from Utah. Does anybody have any suggestions of where I should hang my license?

Alpharetta, Cumming, Suwanee, Georgia??? ANy groups or Investor clubs in this area!! I am really interested in joining one. My husband just got his real estate license, I'm finishing up for mine. We are SO ready to get out there and begin! We would love some mentors or clubs to help us out with any advice?
