Hey BP family, I just have a quick question about assisted living/Group housing.  Myself and a few other investors have been looking at this property that has been being used as a MF 4plex, but is not zoned for that, it is zoned as a single family home.  That being said, legally the only way to do take this on is to rehab it either back into a monster single family vacation rental style home, OR to gut the units of their kitchens and re construct them into bedrooms to make it a group home style facility.  This is out of my expertise and just thought someone on here has to have some answers and or suggestions abut this.  I hope this make sense if not, I can try to break it down more simply.

Thanks for the input in advance.

Thank you all for the information.

@Casey Miles Hey Casey, Thanks for responding.  I am new to the Phoenix market here and focusing on fix/flips, but eventually build up a buy/hold portfolio.  What is it that you focus on?

@Grant Greene That would be very helpful Grant, I will message you directly!

Hey BP, My parther and I are still pretty new to the REI world, but are always looking to meet some new people and build our team as much as possible. We were wondering if anyone in the Phoenix area, knew some, or are, investor friendly real estate brokers/agenets? We also are always looking to raise and build more private money, meet contractors, realtors, and team up with other local wholesalers in our area. Thanks in advance for any info you can pass along.

Hey,

My Business partner and I will be attending the San Francisco FortuneBuilders bootcamp later this week and figured we would reach out to see if anyone else was going to be there.  We would love to connect and meet you, so if you are contact me any time!

Taylor
