Have you looked into 1031 into mineral rights? Passive income for the next 25-75 years with zero holding cost, zero liability, zero insurance. Just monthly passive income

One alternative investment that has no additional cost after your investment is mineral rights. I have been invested in oil and gas mineral rights making double digit returns hassle free. No holding cost, no tenants, no insurance, no leaking toilets. Just straight income paid monthly.

We did not retain any oil, gas or mineral rights. This area of NY has heavy environmental protections and there would not be any cash flow on it-the parcel was not big enough for that anyway.

No you can use the 1031 to buy minerals like in Oklahoma or in Texas.

Just sold a parcel we owned- raw land. Made a 20k profit. Can you do a 1031 exchange on this or does it have to be a house?  I feel like I should know this but I don't. Thanks!

Hi Laura! Have you looked into putting your 1031 into mineral rights? A
family friend did this and is now cash flowing monthly from the
investment
