Thanks so much for reaching out. I appreciate the kind words and the tip about considering obtaining my real estate license. I am very new and it is all a bit overwhelming but I am very excited and motivated to learn all I can and succeed in real estate investing!

Hello,

I am new to real estate investment. I am looking to start now, in my twenties, and create long-term wealth. I am going to spend six months learning and paying down debt so I can prep well for buying my first rental property, ideally this winter. If anyone has some tips or suggestions let me know.
