I have recently heard about FurnishedFinder.com Has anyone ever used this? Was it successful? Is there other ways to become more successful in short term rentals or should long term rentals be the may priority.

I am looking into rentals in Utah county near universities. I am not sure how to approach buying a condo or appartment for rental investment. Also getting the money for a down payment. What is the best way to start the process? Where can I find money for a down payment? Is the area profitable?
