Hi my name is Taurice and i am looking to network with investor friendly Real Estate agents in the Harford County and Baltimore County area.  I am a carpenter by trade and looking to invest in these areas. I have determination and drive to be successful in my new ventures, and looking to build a team where all involved would benefit.

How do you find an investor friendly agent and what question do you ask them?

My credit is in the low 600's

Thanks at  @Jerry Padilla. While i have no foreclosures  i do have a student loan that's delinquent and collections in the mid 20,000. thinks for the information.

Thanks @Sharad M

Hypothetically speaking.....I obtain private funds to acquire a property and make repairs and improvements. Improvements are complete and a tenant is placed with 6 months of acquisition. I am obligated to pay my private money lender the principal plus 10% interest 1 year after purchase. My credit is shot. What are my options? Is 10% fair? Can i obtain a first mortgage. If i can not obtain a mortgage personally can my company as an LLC have a mortgage in its name? Please!!!! I need help

when searching land and deed records what term do i look for that indicates the property is in foreclosure? I know "Appointment of Trustee " is one ...are there others i need to look for. My dilemma is that I compiled a list of tax liens and then cross reference to the land records and then confusion sets in.

When a homeowner goes to satisfy a tax lien, is he/she paying the premium that the investor paid  as well as the lien? Or even paying interest on the premium
