You came on here to get help on this deal and to learn what to do if you don’t know what to the next step is and that’s fine. I am currently interested in this home and know it will produce good cash flow and I know an investor how would I be able to get this deal under contract and wholesale it any tips any forms?

As a new investor when you meet more experience investors and the only thing you can bring to the table is grit what else can you do to bring to the table to gain a future partnership or mentor ship?
