Build Your Buyers List Fast!

Found a new quick tip that I wanted to share with the community. If you’re looking to build your buyers list try searching in Groups on Facebook for “cash buyers ”. If your market is fairly competitive you’ll find a number of post with cash buyers giving there email for deals! Reach out and see if you can add them to your list! Also you may have a number of groups in your area where cash buyers look for deals. Post something there to see if cash buyers want to get added to your list. Hope this helps some newbies as much as it’s helped me. Happy hunting!

I'm sure there's some legit buyers in those facebook groups but most cash buyers aren't as active on social media as people like to think. Other wholesalers parading as cash buyers sure are though.
