I am fairly new

to real estate currently I am a support engineer that commutes an hour

daily to go to work. I am looking to go full time in real estate but am

not too sure how to get my foot in the door. Do you have any pointers or

advise you would give a new investor.

Hi, my name is Tariq Hakeem. I live in Denver Colorado, I have been studying and reading RE books for 9.5 months, any pointers on best ways to get skin in the game. I have read about the BRRRR process and it is very intriguing, it is just pretty tough because the Denver market is super expensive. I do not come from a family with lots of money but I have become obsessed with furthering my education in real estate so I can reduce the chance of risk and become successful at the amazing game of real estate. Please let me know any pointers, recommended books, or free programs that may assist with my learning curve.
