Yes, sir. I want to know how to target these motivated seller via direct mail (sending a letter), like how to know what area to target. Cash buyers I have, a full list of them. I find my cash buyers first, then the homes.

Hey, guys Tarek here 18, from Houston, Tx. Ive been marketing to motivated selllers via: 

newspaper ads, small local publications and driving for dollars. Now my question is I want to start using direct mail, but how do I select a targeted neighborhood to send these letters to? Do I go by how old the neighborhood is? I have no idea, please lety me know!

I am Tarek, 18 years old from Houston. How do you obtain money to get started on your first investment. Also, if anyone has tips on how to get started with building your credit. For the moment I currently dont have any credit cards, or any credit. Any tips on that would be useful too!
