Hello Everyone,

  Call me crazy, as every podcaster in the multi-family space always seems to bemoan working with sub B-Class tenants, but I'm committed to exploring the Cincinnati Housing Authority Voucher program to increase rents on mutli-family units in Cincinnati.

 Are there any property mangers out there, or those who would recommend some, who have significant experience in managing properties with these tenants (or, who specialize in this space)?

Hello Friends of BP!

I'm currently ready to visit a list of properties in the Cincinnati, Middletown, and Covington area. I have my agents working for me, however- none of them have many contacts with contractors. They are both with some investor oriented brokerages (REInvest, IronGate, Build Realty), and I have called the brokerage owners to speak with them/ to get contrator contacts. One said he didn't feel comfortable, but sent me a list of contractors from the Cincinnati REI club. The other never returned my 3 messages.

I have contacted all those on the REI list. Who in this market has some colleagues you would love to send business to?

  Thanks for your reply. Yes, that's the idea Colin. Now, when I go to network and find members, it won't let me search by a Cincinnati Zip. It looks like I can't really do what you stated, without PRO, right?

 Thanks  for helping me navigate the tricks and gimmicks of the site. I love it so far, but some of these things I haven't figured out a work around for yet (hence- the forum post). I appreciate additional feedback!

  I'm sorry if these individual scenario-based posts bogged down the forum discussions, but I am in need of my  peers' recommendation:

  If you are a realtor in the Cincinnati area, or have worked with realtors you would recommend ( specifically those active and involved in the Hyde Park area), please message me to let me know!  I'm assuming that anyone connected to this community would be investors savvy and friendly).
