That's great @Polar Prutaseranee !! Look forward to meeting you next Summer. I know a lot about real estate investing in England but nothing about it in the US so am very keen to learn from everyone I meet.

Can someone please add me in as well. I will be moving to Irvine in Summer 2016 so can travel from there (once I've got used to driving on the other side of the road).

Can anyone recommend a friendly and good real estate attorney in the Irvine or neigbouring areas as we are in the process of buying some commercial real estate in Irvine.
