Hello,

Is it still a good time to invest into multifamily?  I am in the process of looking for my first property and I am extremely nervous. I hear so many experts, saying the market is going to crash!

Plus, I have to sell my Condo, because I will be living in one unit and renting out the others. I hope I can get what I will asking for.  Any thoughts would be helpful.

I was just wondering how anybody feels about, taking out a HELOC to invest in another property? I personally feel very wary of the idea. I would like to keep my condo and rent it out, then buy a Multifamily to House Hack?

Hello,

Quick question?

I live in MA, in which the market is extremely high.  My plan is to sell my  condo and buy a 3 family and live in one unit, renting out the other two.  the way it looks, I probably would break even, or very little cash flow. Rents are high, so that might the things, that same me. Is this still a good investment?  This would be my first house, that I would be investing in.  I want to be sure I am doing things right. Thank you in Advance.

Hello,

I’m brand new in the investment world.  I’m really anxious, to get started.

I live in Taunton MA, which is about 50 miles SE of Boston.  I think condos would be a good investment to start out with.

Anybody with any tips on the best ways to get started.

Thank you
