Hi Jennifer, a lot people come here because it completely different from NYC. Most people comes to have house party or just enjoy the peace and quite. Yes, the STR has taken off his 2020. I am surprise people are telling you not come here, when investors are calling homeowners asking if they are selling there home. They are still invests looking buy here constantly.

I know contractors, handyman and cleaning company are looking work. You need to ask the right people.

Maria, not many people are renting properties in this area. Most of the renters turn their home into STR. The area made so changed when the Pandemic hit, people was trying to get away from there area. As long as you advertise well you will get booking.

Hi Jordon, I do not own any STR but I live here. I have contractors and cleaning services available area. The area has boomed so much since pandemic happened. A lot people are moving here because they can feel at home without being confined into any apartment or resorts. This time year is when STR make most of there money. A lot people love skiing and snow tubing, The Ski Resorts are always packed and overbooked, so the STR are making a killing now.

Hi Jordon, The Poconos area is completely saturated with the Airbnb market but there is great opportunity if you are in the right location. Inventory in Pocono Summit is low and prices are high, due to its close proximity to highways, waterparks/skiing area (Camelbeach/Camelback) Kalahari,  The Crossings Outlet, restaurants and more. I work with a few contractors and cleaners that are available, if needed; but as Scot said materials are low.

Hi, It is a risk to her but I don't think you should be worried. Maybe it is more continent for her to pay the bills through her account. However, I don't suggest that, it is a easier paper trail for you if she pays any bills through your business account.
