Do you want to know...

How these incredible flippers found their properties?

Vetted the projects?

Worked the numbers?

Funded, managed, rehabbed, and profited from their flips in Austin?

We'll drink, chat, and learn! If you haven't been to Inn Cahoots, it is worth the night out.  The venue and drinks are incredible!

You can pay at the door, but RSVP is preferred!  You can sign up here

We do wear masks and are COVID-19 conscious.

I can't wait to see you there,

Tamar

@David Morovitz  Hi David, I am an investor will Wellings Capital and have been happy with the communication and the investments. @Paul Moore is a smart, seasoned, and approachable guy who does all the leg work to find deals and negotiate great returns.  The funds fill quickly, which speaks to the popularity of the management team and performance. I always recommend vetting for yourself in addition to getting feedback.  Give them a call and talk to Paul or his team!  Good  luck!

@paul Kubin If you want to buy in Northern California, why don't you reach out to David Greene and his team? You will likely need to do some value addition to the property but he finds deals for people in Northern California.  If you but want to start building a portfolio out of state, I recommend you pick the state and find a great agent who understands investing to support you.  Is it hard? It takes effort and work.  Real Estate is competitive, but if you stick with it, you will start finding deals. You may need to reach out to 50 agents, but you will find someone you connect with.  Good luck!

@Chinyere Orie  I'm a full-time investor and coach/mentor. I do the work because I had so many fears when I started, and there were many variables in Real Estate Investing I did not understand. I would have benefited so much from the support I provide.  Even though I am financially free today, I still have a few coaches for different things. I didn't have anyone to teach me about Real Estate and finance, which cost me a lot of money and time.  The bottom line is that if you are confident enough to get into action and have a clear idea about what you are doing, you may not need a mentor.  I like the support myself.  Even though Bigger Pockets is an amazing resource, Brandon talks about his coaches all the time. A few of which he pays for. Don't be afraid to spend some money to get the support you need.  It doesn't guarantee you still won't make mistakes, but it is generally a great value.

@Lisa T. Sorry, I meant that you buy the property, and then it takes a while to build.  I am so happy you had a great experience. I posted my comments about my thoughts and strategy moving forward.  The main thing is to find an investment that works for you.

@Lisa T. How long have you owned your properties? Most of RWN projects are 12-18 month hold in Jacksonville, so I would love more details on the purchase and numbers you have earned.

Are you anticipating what three months from now will look like?  Do you see a great recession looming once the economy opens back up fully and many jobs and businesses are no longer around?
