Hello All-

Reaching out to all BP'ers familiar with the Milwaukee market and the lenders in this market.

I am looking to cash out refinance a few of my rental properties and would love to hear about the Banks/ Credit unions that you would recommend in the Milwaukee area.

Thanks a bunch in advance.

Hello All- Looking for some guidance on what the experienced commercial/ multi family investors would consider as good terms on their loans in terms of interest rate, amortization period, fixed rate period, down payment, closing costs etc. Appreciate your feedback and sharing your thoughts.

Hello Fellow BiggerPockets Friends-

Like many of us on BP, I consider myself a student of real estate investing. I have been following the buy and hold path for a bit and still has a lot to learn from you all. This forum has been an immense pool of valuable information.

My primary focus has been in the Milwaukee WI area. I am currently working on a rehab of a single family house here in Milwaukee and looking for a good/ trusted contractor/ handyman in that regard. Any suggestions/ referrals would be highly appreciated.

Much thanks in advance.

@Bryan L. Thanks .... excellent advise. Appreciate your insights, it definitely makes sense.

Excluding the repair estimates, is there is discount % number you have in mind when you make REO/ HUD offers i.e. 10% off Asking etc.

I got the PCR and repair cost from HUD. They have plumbing repair at $500. I know these are just estimates but should I read it as "no major plumbing replacement needed"? Thanks for the input.
