Hi Ryan and Kenneth,

Thank you so much for the advice here - very helpful stuff.

I'm also open to suggestions on insurance agents/agencies, if you have any suggestions.

Thanks again,

Taj

Hi All,

I'm newer to the community, and excited to connect with some folks in BP!  I have been an RE investor in Oregon for around five years, currently holding three units as rentals (duplex and single family).

My question is around rental (long term) landlord insurance.  I own a single family residence that I'm changing the coverage into landlord insurance on.  Does anyone have some good tips on how to best determine appropriate Dwelling and Liability limits?

Any information on this, or general guidance on best practices in landlord insurance would be very much appreciated.

Thanks!

Taj
