Hello BP Pros,

Allow me to introduce myself: I hold an engineering degree and possess experience spanning various industries. Currently, I'm enthusiastic about venturing into the realm of real estate. I've extensively immersed myself in numerous articles, engaged with podcasts, watched videos, and participated in discussions with people. Nevertheless, I'm facing challenges when it comes to making tangible progress.

My objective is to find a mentor or someone to shadow, with the aim of gaining hands-on experience in areas like New Build Ground-Up, Fix & Flip, and Land Development, among others. I'm fully open to collaborating on residential or commercial real estate projects with someone. In exchange for this valuable learning opportunity, I'm more than willing to dedicate my time to assisting with your projects whenever needed, particularly within the DFW Metroplex. Importantly, I'm not seeking compensation for this arrangement, nor am I interested in any paid programs or training.

Looking forward to the potential of collaborating and learning together.

Hi Folks,

I need some advice on type of property to buy for rental income i.e SFH Vs Condo/Townhome . I am looking to invest locally around DFW area but not sure what would be my best bet, keeping in mind that property will easily be rented. Any advice will be appreciated.

Thanks

Taj
