Welcome Colin!  The same could be said for me and my team, except our goal outlook is more on the commercial retail side.  Best of luck to you and hope to see you around!

Does anyone have good strategies for locating lenders that will accept tangible assets/real estate as pledge in lieu of downpayment? Im talking loans primarily below 5 mil, on retail investments.  Thanks for any input!

We are an international firm looking for Commercial real estate projects in the Houston area.  Specifically we are interested in retail property investments in 1-10 million range, all sq ft sizes.  Does anyone have any great referrals or opportunities for meetups and groups? Thanks!

Thanks for reply Daniel, all great ideas. This is a situation where multiple trucks are from one company. Several different companies are interested, 2 companies are already leasing on month to month, nothing signed deal. It's a rural location that I am far from, and would like to be as hands off as possible. I answer the inquiry call, send out credit and company info applications, approve and bill at the end of each month after someone drives through to verify number of trucks.
