I have a rental house with a tenant on a month to month lease. He has always paid his rent on time but is a nuisance to the neighborhood and his(my) yard looks like a junk yard. The city has come down on the property twice and we, the owners are now a repeat offender! The guy has turned out to be a real jerk to us and all his neighbors! So he has to go. I would like to know if there is anything i can do legally to make his life miserable while this is going on? Inspections? Viewings? What can i do legally?
