Still overpriced for the market.....slowly coming down.  More of Rental income than resale.    You won't make any money buying and selling.   Buying and renting yes....opportunity

2020 was a tough year for sales.   Eastern PA is a sellers market and Berks didn't do a lot.   I am expanding my reach to Tamaqua area for potential rentals and flips.   Could use a good Realtor that is hungry and will do searches.    Cash purchases  and 7 plus years of experience.   Heard the area was a hot for rentals.   Can anyone confirm.   

Where you from Gabor ?   I'm in Berks but do other areas......Lancaster area tight....lots of investors there.....

Hi Angela.....both my wife and I were Wilson grads and that area is still prime.    Most of opportunities come through Sheriff Sales or Foreclosures.   I have worked a lot with auctions and plain out bandit signs and the such.  I do both flips and rents.   I have been successful in Mifflin for the most part.....no reason why but there is opportunities......however through a realtor.....I don't know.  We can talk off line if you like.    Wernersville area is really growing as well which a lot of it is Wilson School District.   I live in the Fleetwood/Oley Area which is nice area as well.   

Hi Angela......let me know if I can help.   Where do you want to live has a lot to do with it.  You may want to look at a two unit.....fix one and live in the other.   Some good deals to be had but there is a lot of flippers and wholesalers in the area.   Check out the local Real Estate Investors club in Reading on Meet Up. 

What are you buying a foreclosure in East Stroudsburg from San Francisco CA.... you're asking for problems.   

Yes Reading, Lancaster and Lebanon have clubs...not referred to as REI...check them out on Meetup....just do a search on real estate investment clubs and they will come up.

You should check out the Reading Berks Real Estate Investment Club....numerous educators and good group to network with.   We have monthly seminars and have learned alot.   Check us out on Meet Up
