I did mark Yarbrough right there in BHam. I used his satellite class in Auburn. If you want to do it online you can, but I know a lot of people who have failed be of it. Online or not I recommend using prepagent.com. That's what helped me pass it on the first try.

Good luck on your rei and congrats on your son. Hope you named him Jason... Friday the 13th... Jason... get it
I invest in Montgomery. I was born and raised in Montgomery and currently a realtor there also. East Montgomery is where the high rent is. A lot in Deer Creek. Montgomery is a great place invest. Four large colleges and two large military bases. Let me know if you decide to go with Montgomery. It is a large city and if you go three blocks down the road it can be completely different.

In classes now. Alabama requires a 60 hour course. You can take class online, but have heard bad things about it. After you pass the course finale you can take the state test. After you pass, you will have 6 months to finish a 30 hour post license class.

@Peter Sik what part of town are they in Peter? My property manager might take you on. Currently has well over 100 properties.

I'll take them off your hands if you want.
