@Darson Grantham! Hey, So first thing I did was that I looked at were properties in my hour and even an hour away. Everything is over valued right now. Let's say I was about to compare a property in Iowa that is 200k with gross 24k. In orlando it would be 350k and 48k gross is 750k. I just started looking at few states and determined it would be best looking outside of state. Otherwise, my only benefit would be to just look into investing in stocks.
