Hello Friends-

Do we have to give any special consideration when renting to a family who has an elderly person (in reference to New Jersey Law).

Thanks.

@Taoufik K. I completely agree with you. Is it easy to find a good MF deal in greater Boston ?

Hello Friends,

I am hiring a contractor to paint the interior of my Single Family home (Investment Property) in New Jersey. What document I need to ask him? Do I have to keep the copies of any of his documents? Do I have to mention any thing about his documents in the contract like Driving License # or professional license # etc? Please advise. Thanks in advance.

@Pat G. I visited the site http://www.best-cities.org/ I like the scroll bars and they are really beautiful. I need the list of top cities in US only (Not Globally) which are good for multi-family investment. Looking for more inputs.

@Anderson Schulle

Thanks for your input. I will give you a call to discuss in detail.

@Chris Lance

Would you like to share which other regions you believe are good for multi-family? In my case, I want to keep properties in different parts of the country and have a good property management company to take care each of them (so less headache and more time to focus on increasing your RE Assets). This way you will cut down cash flow but no problem with appreciation. Do you agree?

If you like can you please share details about your 12 units property?

@Steve Bracero

I have only residential financing experience. Can you please mention a few major differences in residential and commercial financing?

Thanks in advance.
