I’m an investor focused on buying and renovating foreclosed properties. My fiancée is an architect who collaborates with general contractors and structural engineers, bringing valuable insights. I specialize in property and deal analysis, with a keen eye on optimizing cash-on-cash returns.

We are particularly interested in investing in DuPage, Will, and Kane counties, primarily targeting courthouse auctions. I'd love to meet any private lenders that serve the Illinois area.
