 Thank you!

I have a few vacation rentals that I currently manage and I use AirBnB for bookings! I never thought about their forums! That's perfect.

Thank you,

Sydni

 Hi Justin,

I work under a Broker. Under that Broker, I work as an independent contractor.

Hello RE family,

I recently received my Real Estate Salesperson license AND just started my very own property management company here in San Diego, CA. The majority of my Real Estate experience is property management and HOA management! I currently work for an amazing Real Estate Development company and manage all of their rental properties. I am, however, looking to gain more leads for Management opportunities!

What are some great strategies for finding Multifamily Rental Owners that are looking for professional management? I've attended quite a few networking events here in San Diego and have generated many leads for SFH, but my end goal is to expand to multifamily property management.

Anything helps!

Post: Using my NFL experience to help...Advice Please

Hello all,

I am currently a cheerleader for the NFL. I am a fairly new real estate professional! I have rental, multifamily, and SFH management experience! My end goal is to become a real estate developer. I will be working with a small development company fairly soon as their property management! They know my end goals and are willing to assist to make that happen!

Question: Should I speak about my being affiliated with the NFL for leverage in the Real Estate profession? When networking, is this a appropriate as a conversation starter?

I've been a dancer my entire life and I love football! I've danced/cheered for well over 7 years for Professional teams. Although I want to be respected as a Real Estate professional, I've found in personal relationships that this being a great conversation started and really get people excited to get to know me. Obviously that is not what I want to be the main focus and definitely not the only aspect that I have to offer, however, as professional as I am, and the NFL organizations are, I think it could be beneficial. But I also think that it could hurt me, professionally and some may see it as a negative.

Please let me know your thoughts. Put yourself in the shoes of someone who just met me at a Real Estate Professional Networking event or an employer.

Thank you all!

Hello Family,

I am currently in the midst of studying to take the real estate exam next month. So i currently do not have access to MLS.

Two Questions:

What other sites would be beneficial to find absentee homeowner properties?

What price or assistance should I offer an agent/broker for pulling absentee homeowners for me?

Any advise or guidance is greatly appreciated!

Good luck!

Hi James, what company did you work with for the crash course? I did a crash course and the offer it to you again if you failed your exam. Maybe another option would beneficial for me.
