I wanted to know if you guys used any particular wed site or software to make your lease. I know Zillow rental manager has one but I haven’t looked into it yet.

I have a primary residence mortgage, I live in part of my property and rent the other parts. I have a regular 9 to 5 job where I get a direct deposit to my checking account. Should I deposit my rent money in the same account? Is their any benefit to separating the money into another account?

Hey everyone,

This is my first post so I’m not sure if I posted this by accident twice. But I have a question about my rental property. I just got my first property in New Jersey and I want to turn the attic into a studio apartment. Is it legal for me to put an electric stove in the attic or will home insurance have an issue with it?
