How to make a lease?

Sydney Sigue

I wanted to know if you guys used any particular wed site or software to make your lease. I know Zillow rental manager has one but I haven’t looked into it yet.

@Sydney Sigue There are plenty of options to look at for lease agreements. The ones available through BiggerPockets are a great start and work well. Plus they are state specific. Be very careful with "free" as I've seen critical clauses be left out or poorly worded. Worth a small investment up front to make sure your agreement is solid.
