Best approach is to be generic. I use my office address and never had anyone come in. You do want you and you business to be searchable to increase authenticity/ trust of who you are.

I know people who have had a large increase in angry calls by using a personalized processional letter at www.yellowletterhq.com

Try www.Yellowletterhq.com . They get your mail out in three days or less. Great part is for .55 cents ... you cant do it yourself for that cheap... and you shouldn't be spending your time doing that kind of work anyhow.

No have that too, but don't want to use address printer to do the barcodes/address.

Want to print all at the same time. I have all the parts, but I dont have the software to put it all together.

I have the template, but being able to variable data front and back ( page one and two for example) with four on a sheet, each being different and plug in the barcode .

Word mail merge, as far as I know....doesn't seem to be up to the task.

Good save.

I print 15k letters a month. I have the super secret bar code generator and sorting software. But not the satorisoftware....or the alike. ... as you said its very expensive.

I farm out NCOA. You forgot to mention to bundle/strap the out of county trays :)

I'm graduating to postcards to the absentees that get molested here in San Diego.

My first question stands and still unanswered, everything but this,...was answered.

In theory this software is great for any of us to use that produce postcards. If anyone here can get it to work well and has the skill set for this sort of thing...it would be great if you can share .... I do not and have been having issues with it.
