@Tiwanna Wallace-AgbenyegahCongratulations! Would like to see some rental numbers, too, if you're willing to share. For example, how much did you budget for taxes, insurance, vacancy, repairs, capex, management, etc? Will you cash flow?

Great job in finding a tenant, too.

As to tax concerns, be sure to find a great CPA that has experience working with real estate investors.

@Rachel Chavez I recently bought a single family house in Jacksonville. I now want to focus on small multifamily but inventory isn't great in Jax. @Steve Kontos is 100% correct about having the right team. PM me if you want a recommendation for a property manager. Best of luck!

@Brian Lipszyc Most people are able to buy more quickly by being super savers, relying on HELOCs and partnerships.  To find out how others have done this, consider following the creative real estate financing or completed deal diaries forums on BP.

@Alexis Vargas Welcome to BP! If you haven't done so already, read the posts under the Property Management or Guides links in the Education tab above and search for books about property management at your local library. That may give you an idea if property management is a niche you want to pursue.
