Hi Thomas

We became owners of a 9 plex in March 2013. Our first real estate investment. With that building came a property maintenance person in one of the apartments. She has been a tenant since 2011. Her profile is the same as your potential future tenant. I just wanted to pass on to you that we have had no problems with this tenant. From what she has told me she is being followed by health professionals and has been clean since 2011. We have been lucky so far and she really wants to stay clean. I guess it all boils down to what you feel comfortable with. I am a strong believer in listening to your gut feeling.....good luck in your decision....
