@Zack D Benner we had a real roller coaster ride with Ron Legrand and his programs. We signed up for the six-month mentoring program…There were pros and cons, we’ve moved onto a much better automation system, imo. I’ll try to get with you privately soon. Thank you for reaching out.

I am looking to network and learn with any other Ron Legrand trained investors in Colorado. And I'm having some challenges with paperwork/approach in Colorado, specifically related to this training. Anyone out there? Thanks in advance.

Hey there, I have a couple of questions. Seller wants to sell half of their 160 acres. Would the buyer of the 80 acres of just land have water rights, or how does that work in El Paso County - specifically Calhan? With just land, what other concerns, steps? Also, there are no turbines on the property itself but they lie about half mile from the edge of the property. Negotiating room/legal concerns on that? Thanks in advance.
